Herwan Ng was appointed as Independent Commissioner on 27 June 2024. With a Master of Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School (2010). With more than 29 years combined experience in various sectors, he has worked across diverse industries, serving companies owned by multinational corporations, local conglomerates, and the Government of Indonesia. He currently holds positions on the audit committees of several notable companies, including PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (since 2019), PT Goodyear Indonesia Tbk (since 2019), PT Archi Indonesia Tbk (since 2021), PT Industri Jamu & Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk (since 2021), PT Samudera Indonesia Tbk (since 2021), PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (since 2021), PT Hillcon Tbk (since 2021).

Marsetio was appointed as Independent Commissioner on 27 June 2024. He is the best graduate of the Indonesian Navy Academy (AAL) in 1981. He served as Chief of Staff of the Indonesian Navy in 2012 - 2015. He earned his doctoral degree at Gajah Mada University with Cumlaude predicate. Marsetio became the best graduate of Lemhannas - PPRA Class 37 in 2004 and achieved the "Wibawa Seroja Nugraha" award. He also attended several overseas courses such as ISC Royal Naval College in England in 1990, Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies in Hawaii in 2007 and Harvard Kennedy School, Boston, USA in 2014. Currently he serves as Professor at the Indonesian Defense University while also teaching at several universities both domestically and internationally with a focus on maritime studies.

V. Suhartono Suratman, Indonesian Citizen, 72 Years Old. Graduated from the Military Academy in 1975 and obtained his bachelor in Political Science in 1993. Prior to joining the Company, he had been appointed as the head of Taruna Nusantara Senior High School (2019-2025), Chairman of KONI (central) (2011-2019), and various other positions in the Indonesian Army, most recently as the Operation Assistant of Army Commander (2012). Currently, he is also holding the position as the director of AKORNAS and the President Commissioner in PT Rajawali Nusantara Indonesia (Persero). He received various mark of honors and awards including Satya Lencana Kesetiaan XXXII, Dharma Pertahanan Utama in 2025, Honorable Wing Badge Regards from the government of Thailand in 2006, Satya Lencana Bintang Kartika Eka Paksi Nararya, and Satya Lencana Kartika Nararya Prestasi.

Regina Listiyani, appointed as Internal Auditor in 2017 after joining in 2014, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Tarumanagara University (2006) and previously worked as an Internal Audit Manager at PT Gilang Agung Persada. Her expertise in risk management specialist and gives important contribution to the company's internal controls and risk management.

Appointed as a member of the Audit Committee through the Decree of the Board of Commissioners dated 27 November 2023. He completed his primary education in Indonesian Armed Forces Academy (AKABRI) Police in 1977, Police Higher Education (PTIK) in 1986 and National Resielence Institute (Lemhanas) and completed his education in Law until doctoral level in 1996. He lso completed his Master in Business Administration Degree and various courses both in Indonesia and abroad.Prior to serving as the Company’s Audit Committee, he served the country as a member of the Indonesian National Police by holding various positions until 2011, including Aceh Tsunami Dasatgas, PAM Aceh Monitoring Mission Dansatgas of Riau Chief Regional Police, South Sumatra Chief Police with his last position as the Head of Indonesian Criminal Investigation Agency (Kabareskrim). He was also trusted by the Country to carry out his duties as Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to the Republic of Union of Myanmar (2014 to 2018). He also serves as Independent Commissioners at PT FKS Food Sejahtera Tbk, and Independent Commissioner at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia.

Dickxon Tandy was appointed as the Company’s Corporate Secretary effective 26 May 2025 based on the Decree of the Board of Directors dated 26 May 2025. He obtained his bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Law at Universitas Indonesia and a Master in Notary Public from Universitas Pelita Harapan. Prior to joining the Company, he served as the Head of Intellectual Property and Services at PT Kino Indonesia Tbk (2016-2025).As the Corporate Secretary, he will be responsible for monitoring the Company's compliance with applicable laws and regulations and bridging communications between the Company and its stakeholders. Further, he is also responsible for advising the Board of Directors on relevant legal and capital market requirements based on operational and development needs of the Company.
