Port-To-Door Solution

In order to optimize the supply chain and ensure the quality of dry bulk commodities transported, FKS Multi Agro and our subsidiaries provide port-to-door logistics services that include warehousing, transportation, and port logistics. Additionally, we strive to maintain an efficient process for port logistics, storage, and delivery.

Port Handling & Stevedoring

Having deep expertise in cargodoring, we have developed a process that replaces conventional conveyors and trucks with an efficient process. A modern process called Integrated Warehouse (IWH) has been developed to ensure products' hygiene and safety. As part of our collaboration with our Subsidiaries, we operate three integrated warehouse facilities at strategic locations, such as Cigading Port, Teluk Lamong Port, and Belawan Port.

As the first non-stop stevedoring service in Indonesia, our stevedoring process is enabled by the use of advanced technology called Portalink, which facilitates the unloading process. We offer stevedoring services at a number of port terminals in Indonesia, such as Cigading, Ciwandan, Makassar, Teluk Lamong, and Medan.

Warehousing

In addition to the Integrated Warehouse, FKS Multi Agro and its Subsidiaries also operate several warehouses in Sumatera, West Java, Central Java, East Java, and South Sulawesi.

In these warehouses, food and feed ingredients are stored before being transported to our customers. We implement a warehouse management system to ensure efficiency and security of warehouse operations. With this system, we offer warehousing solutions to our customers, including sophisticated tracking and monitoring, the use of innovative technology to maintain warehouse efficiency and cleanliness, and enforcing strict operational standards.

The warehouses serve as a distribution center for soybeans and feed ingredients throughout Indonesia.

Transportation

A digital system called Transportation Management System (TMS) is used to oversee the process, which is centralized at our Control Tower, where we have the latest truck fleet and a technology-based administration service. By providing logistics solutions, we help our customers optimize their supply chain.

Automatic Bagging System

A key element of FKS Multi Agro's commitment to quality is utilizing automatic bagging systems as part of its quality control measures. Our bulk products are packed efficiently with our automated bagging system. Using this automation ensures the packing process is both hygienic and cost-effective.

Advanced Management System

All our operational activities are managed in an integrated and efficient manner using the latest technology. In order for our supply chain to operate smoothly, we have implemented a comprehensive management system through our 4 core systems:

  • Logistics Management System: Recording the flow of goods into and out of our warehouses ensures that the goods are safely received and delivered
  • Delivery Management System: The system manages traffic flow and speed of goods loading at our warehouses as a means of improving efficiency and addressing the irregular arrival of customer trucks.
  • Warehouse Management System: Featuring the latest technology and systems to ensure the safety and hygiene of the storage, this system helps manage and control daily warehouse operations, including health, safety, and environmental issues.
  • Transport Management System: By utilizing digital technology with real-time visibility, delivery of goods are made more efficient. In order to manage and optimize bulk product transportation via trucks, we use the Transportation Management System (TMS).
