Appointed as Commissioner in 2014 and reappointed in 2022, Farhan Rio Gunawan brings extensive experience to his role, holding a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Jayabaya University, Jakarta (1986) and previously serving as Commissioner of PT Caturkartika Perdana (1994-2001).He was appointed President Commissioner in July 2020 and is a member of the organization's Nomination and Remuneration Committee, offering a wealth of industry expertise and leadership to guide the company.

Appointed as Commissioner in 2020 and reappointed in 2022, Kusnarto received an education from SMA 1 Bandar Lampung (1979) and has served as the Company's Director (2011-2020). With prior experience as a Deputy Branch Manager in an agricultural commodities firm (1996-2000), he brings valuable insights and expertise to support the company's success.

Independent Commissioner

Herwan Ng was appointed as Independent Commissioner on 27 June 2024. With a Master of Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School (2010). With more than 29 years combined experience in various sectors, he has worked across diverse industries, serving companies owned by multinational corporations, local conglomerates, and the Government of Indonesia. He currently holds positions on the audit committees of several notable companies, including PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (since 2019), PT Goodyear Indonesia Tbk (since 2019), PT Archi Indonesia Tbk (since 2021), PT Industri Jamu & Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk (since 2021), PT Samudera Indonesia Tbk (since 2021), PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (since 2021), PT Hillcon Tbk (since 2021).

Independent Commissioner

Marsetio was appointed as Independent Commissioner on 27 June 2024. He is the best graduate of the Indonesian Navy Academy (AAL) in 1981. He served as Chief of Staff of the Indonesian Navy in 2012 - 2015. He earned his doctoral degree at Gajah Mada University with Cumlaude predicate. Marsetio became the best graduate of Lemhannas - PPRA Class 37 in 2004 and achieved the "Wibawa Seroja Nugraha" award. He also attended several overseas courses such as ISC Royal Naval College in England in 1990, Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies in Hawaii in 2007 and Harvard Kennedy School, Boston, USA in 2014. Currently he serves as Professor at the Indonesian Defense University while also teaching at several universities both domestically and internationally with a focus on maritime studies.

He holds a Graduate Degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, Indiana, earned in 2005. With a rich work history, he has served as the Chief Operating Officer of FKS Food and Agri Pte. Ltd, the parent company of PT FKS Multi Agro Tbk, since 2019. Furthermore, he holds positions as a member of the Board of Commissioners in multiple subsidiaries of FKS Group. As President Director, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization's strategic direction and ensuring its continued success.

With a Bachelor Degree in Economics from Atma Jaya University (1986) and extensive experience as the Director of PT Tapin Coal Terminal from 2009 to 2018, he brings strong and deep understanding of the industry to his role as Director.

Appointed as Director in 2018 and reappointed in 2022, Lucy Tjahjadi holds an MBA from the National University of Singapore (NUS) earned in 2018, and is a Certified Professional Management Accountant (CPMA) since 2012. She previously served as the Group Chief Financial Officer of Celebrity Fitness Holding Pte. Ltd., overseeing operations in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore until 2017. Her financial expertise and leadership are vital assets to the organization.

An Indonesian citizen born in 1977. She obtained his Bachelor of Finance from La Trobe University, graduating in 1998. Later in 1999, she took a master degree in Finance at RMIT University. In 2003, she started her career at FKS Group and rose through the ranks within FKS Group. Her career started in November 2003 in a sugar company under FKS Group, focusing in sourcing raw sugar into refined sugar for industrial purpose. She has more than twenty years in procurement especially for commodities through PT FKS Multi Agro Tbk. She was appointed as President Commissioner based on General Meeting Shareholders on 18 January 2006 for 5 years tenure. In the following years, she is committed to be responsible in the procurement of food and feed ingredients.

An Indonesian citizen born in 1977. He obtained his Bachelor of Accounting from Trisakti University, graduating in 2001. Mr. Tjung Hen Sen has more than seventeen years of experience in commodities. His excellent works let him to become President Director at PT Padi Flour Nusantara (2018-2023), a joint venture company between FKS Group and Burapa Prosper Co., Ltd, which operates flour milling factory equipped with highlyautomated rice flour mill, producing rice flour as well as glutinous rice flour distributed throughout Indonesia. On 27 June 2023, he was appointed as Director pursuant to the Resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.

With a Master's Degree in Management from Universitas Pelita Harapan earned in 2015 and prior experience as an Import Execution Manager at the Company from 2009 to 2011, she brings both extensive experience and a deep understanding of the company to her role as Director.

Regina Listiyani, appointed as Internal Auditor in 2017 after joining in 2014, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Tarumanagara University (2006) and previously worked as an Internal Audit Manager at PT Gilang Agung Persada. Her expertise in risk management specialist and gives important contribution to the company's internal controls and risk management.

On November 2, 2022, Farah Reza Praditya was appointed as Corporate Secretary, officially reported in a letter dated 2 November 2022 by PT FKS Multi Agro Tbk to the Financial Services Authority (OJK), and announced by the Jakarta Stock Exchange. Holding a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Indonesia (2015) and with prior experience as a Legal and Corporate Secretary Supervisor at PT MNC Energy Investments Tbk until 2017, she plays a crucial role in supporting the organization's governance framework.

Appointed as a member of the Audit Committee through the Decree of the Board of Commissioners dated 27 November 2023. He completed his primary education in Indonesian Armed Forces Academy (AKABRI) Police in 1977, Police Higher Education (PTIK) in 1986 and National Resielence Institute (Lemhanas) and completed his education in Law until doctoral level in 1996. He lso completed his Master in Business Administration Degree and various courses both in Indonesia and abroad.Prior to serving as the Company’s Audit Committee, he served the country as a member of the Indonesian National Police by holding various positions until 2011, including Aceh Tsunami Dasatgas, PAM Aceh Monitoring Mission Dansatgas of Riau Chief Regional Police, South Sumatra Chief Police with his last position as the Head of Indonesian Criminal Investigation Agency (Kabareskrim). He was also trusted by the Country to carry out his duties as Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to the Republic of Union of Myanmar (2014 to 2018). He also serves as Independent Commissioners at PT FKS Food Sejahtera Tbk, and Independent Commissioner at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia.
